Rebera Environmental & Apartment Development was founded by Robert B. Rebera, who witnessed firsthand the impact of unsafe and unhealthy apartment conditions on families across the country. With a background in law enforcement, real estate acquisition, environmental health, and technical counter-surveillance, he saw how mold, poor air quality, and neglected unitsโespecially in low-income communitiesโcreated long-term risks for both residents and investors.
